Commemorative Medal

 

 

DThe "unsinkable" Molly Brown hed a campaign to honour the captain, officiers and crew of the Carpathia for their efforts to rescue vistims of the Titanic diaster. The medal feastures a bas-relief image of the Cunard liner vessel approaching a Titanic lifeboat and the inscription (reverse side) "in recognition of gallant and heroic services"
